Raw Key Lime Pie

Time to celebrate! This raw pie hits the taste buds with all the good feelings!

  • 1 Food Processor
  • 1 Spring Form Baking Pan


For the Crust
  • 1 cup Macadamia Nuts
  • 1 cup Pecans
  • 1/2 cup Dates
  • 1 pinch Salt I like to use the brand: Real Salt!
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
For the Filling
  • 1 cup Fresh Lime Juice about 10 limes
  • 1 cup Light Blue Agave
  • 1/2 cup Canned Coconut Milk
  • 2 Avocados ripe & pitted/peeled
  • 2 tbs Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/4 cup Coconut Oil


  • Put all ingredients for the crust in a food processor and process until the mixture is soft and easily spreadable.
  • Press the mixture into the bottom of a spring from pan lined with parchment paper and then place in the freezer.
  • Put all the ingredients for the filling into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pull the pan out of the freezer and pour filling over the crust. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for a minimum of 3 hours!


The pie will need to be thawed if frozen overnight! Eat, love, & be nourished!
