  • 1.5 Frozen Banana (if you did not freeze your bananas in advance then add 1/2 cup of ice)
  • 1 Date (pitted)
  • 1.5 tbs Cashew Butter
  • 1 tbs Raw Cocoa Powder
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Four Sigmatic Protein Powder
  • 3/4 cup Nut Milk of Choice


  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend for 30 seconds or until there are no chunks of banana left.
